One of the best things about being a parent is watching your kid learn, discover and develop. Crawling, sitting up, learning words and potty training can make a parent boast with pride. Most every kid does these things, but when it is your kid it is magical and scrapbook worthy. Since this blog is my scrapbook, I imagine you will see more one-eyed monster drawings.
For the record, I am not bragging. Haven’s not doing anything special here. Most kids learn how to draw at some point or another. But as her mommy, I just LOVE seeing her little brain work. Apparently, there is a test out there that actually exists, appropriately named the Draw-A-Person Test, can provide insight into a child’s intelligence and emotional maturity. (Here’s where one mom talked about her son’s drawing.) Since many of us have kids the same age, I thought I would share.
